Banana bread!

Tracy has been craving Banana Bread for weeks now so Carter and I decided to make some this morning! He was hilarious!Just mashing some nanas!
He loved helping so much I let him create his own creation!
Ya I believe that is a little flour a little water, some salt and a few candy corns! He would sit there and add a few things and then stir it for a while, he was just as happy as could be until I looked over and he thought he would try a little. I wish I had the camera there for that face, but I missed it!

He was so fascinated by the whole process, he kept running over to the oven to check on them!

While they were cooking we had a little lunch break!
Mac and cheese and hot dogs yum!

This is him showing you our final product, simple pleasures!
I love spending time him! It is one of my greatest blessing to be able to stay home with him and have moments like these. I am so grateful for a husband that works so hard to support us, and for a job as a nurse that allows me to work, but still be a stay at home mom most of the time!

Izzie visit!

Our sweet little Niece got to stay with us for a few days a couple weeks ago, and here are some pictures of our adventures. Carter and Izzie had a blast, and I got a little taste of having 2 kids around talk about busy!
Ya don't worry I took full advantage of having this cute little girl to get ready in the morning, curly hair dos, bows, cute outfits I was in heaven! So much fun!
Getting ready for bath time!
( I know, I promise I feed my son! Skinny little bugger!)

I felt like we were always trying to feed someone!
Busy busy busy!

Snack break!
They were so cute together!

Goodbyes!
Carter missed Izzie when she had to go,
We woke up the next morning and held his hands out and pointed to the room Izzie stayed out and kept saying her name! It was pretty sweet.
Thanks Hansens for letting us spend time with Izz we had a blast!

End of Summer events!

We had a few more fun vacations at the end of summer that I am just getting around to post, I know I am so bad at keeping up on this!
But here they are!
First we went to New Mexico, and I have to say taking a 16 month old on a plane isn't as easy as it sounds! Holy cow! He actually did pretty well, it is just hard to expect him sit still in a small confined area. After he stole the cookies from the lady sitting next to us, I was ready to get of that plane as was he as you can see in this picture of us after we got off the plane at 10:00 at night!
Here are some beach pictures! He had a blast! Sorry they are kinda out of order.

Famous picture with Gram and Grandpa Dick by the sign welcoming us to the lake, they put it out every time we come!
Thanks Gram and Dick we had a blast!

Yes this really happened! He feel asleep while he was out on a ride on the Jet Ski!
So Cute!
(Sorry out of order! This was after our plane ride! Happy to be off the plane!

Ellie is such a great cousin, he loved playing with her!

No fear of the water, he was so excited when we got there he just took off into the water!

Out of order again!
This is Carter and Izzie exhausted after the plane, waiting for our rental car.

Our next adventure....
The CIRCUS!

Carter got this hat from Nana and Papa at the circus. This is the next morning, he wore it around every where! He loves hats, more like obsessed with hats!

And last but not least, our annual
Dunes trip
