Christmas!!!

This is going to be a long post, but I didn't want to leave anything out on Carters first Christmas! He had a blast and was so good through the whole thing!
Well it started out on Christmas Eve, where he got these cute PJ's, they were Tracy's favorite because of the trap door in the back!

Santa came on Christmas Eve to give one present, Carter wasn't even scared just pulled on Santa's beard.

Then it was mom and dads turn

Carter got to participate in his first Nativity program. He did great!

Christmas morning before Carter broke into it!

Opening presents!

Playing with all the presents!

Opening his cowboy boots at Nana and Papa's house!
So cute!

Then on Friday we went down to Cedar City for Christmas with the Bells!
Opening presents with Grandma and Claire!

I know its a little fuzzy but isn't this just so cute! Claire gave Carter lots of hugs when we got to Cedar!
After a fun weekend with our family, we had to say good bye and head back home.
Good bye picture with Cole, Kami, and Carter

And of course, Grandma and Grandpa giving kisses!

Carter had a such a great first Christmas, thank you to everyone who made it so special for him! We love you all!
We hope you all had a Merry Christmas!

SNOW!!!

We woke up this morning to snow and a lot of it! Carter loved it, so I had to get a picture!
Oh ya, and this is the day Tracy decides to hang up our house lights, I know we are a little late, but at least there up! Its a good thing he got a bit of a head start before all the snow got here, this is when the storm just got started, by the time he was done it was a white blizzard!

Finally!

We finally decided on the arrangement of furniture in Carters nursery in our new place! Then we got to hang up all the decorations that were lying on the floor waiting to be hung up. It was fun to finally put it all together!

Carter and Rufus!

Santa!!

Tracy's work had a kids Christmas party this weekend so we took Carter and his cousins. We got to see a movie and then afterwards Santa came to visit! Carter didn't quite know what to think. The kids got candy for the movie and then a present from Santa, they had a blast!
Waiting in line to see Santa!

Carter in his first movie theater, he is such a good baby!

Temple square!

We went to see the beautiful lights at Temple Square, besides trying to find a place to park it was a really good time! Carter loved looking at all the lights, he was such a good kid the whole night, and he looks so cute in his little hat and gloves!

You can't really see it very well but we tried to get a picture of the nativity scene behind Carter.Just waiting to get back in the stroller and go home.

Thanksgiving!

We had Thanksgiving at my Moms this year, my Grandma and Grandpa came into town and we had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Carter enjoyed tasting a few new flavors, (don't worry we only let him taste it). After dinner we decided to play an intense game of dice! I love thanksgiving not only for the awesome food, and family but to remember all the things that we are Thankful for in our lives. I am so grateful for Tracy and what an amazing husband and father he is, I love him so much! Carter is such a blessing in our lives and we love him so much, he makes life so fun! Love you both!

Twilight!!!

Yes of course I have to post my girls night out with my sisters and mom to go and see Twilight!
I have to admit, I was one of the people who said they weren't going to read these books about vampires, and made fun of my sisters who couldn't put the books down. But of course I finally caved and read the book and loved it, (I finished Twilight an hour before this movie) and I am now on the third book. Lets just say I read during every one of Carters naps, its fine the dishes can wait!

All the moms trying to stay in the warm sun!

Unfortunately we didn't get any pictures of all the kids together but we got some pretty good individuals, and its always fun to get together!

Leafs!!!!!!!!!!

So Tracy and I decided that we should probably rake all the leaves in our yard. We thought it would take an hour or so, Oh no, 4 hours later and 13 bags and 1 full garbage can of leaves later, we had our front yard done! Lets just say that our arms were sore the next day!

Carter didn't think it was so bad!!!

The Past Week

Play Date! Some of my girlfriends and their kids came to visit Carter and I. It was so fun to see how big Cameron and Addison are getting, and they were pretty interested in Carter when he finally woke up!
Kisses on the hand! So cute!

Mmmmm! Mac and Cheese!
And Carter had to deal with boring Oatmeal!

We set him on the bed for 5 minutes and look what happens!
I love it!

Carters new toy from his Nana!

Snow!!

I was so sad, before I could get a picture of the beautiful bright yellow leafs in our backyard it snowed on us. The night before the snow I told Tracy that I was going to take Carters picture with the fall leaves. So much for that idea. I guess its okay because it was pretty beautiful waking up to everything covered in snow.
