On Wednesday we decided it was time for Carter to start rice, I know he looks like he needs it huh!

Weekend in Draper!

We went up to SLC this past weekend to visit family. Carter had a blast with all his cousins, and uncle Carson. Here are some of our pictures from our visit.

Carson was determined that he could teach Carter to crawl!
Carter wasn't quite getting it! So Carson thought he would try positioning his arms and legs..... still no crawling!
He was bound and determined but Carter just liked staring at him, it was pretty funny to watch. Carson couldn't figure out why he just wouldn't crawl. I had to explain to him that it would probably be a few more months.

Teething?!?

3 months and teething? Who knows?

All I know is Carter has been drooling and chewing on anything he can get his hands on, and then it showed up, a little white beginning of a tooth. Well at least that is what we think, we don't know for sure, but I can't really think of anything else it could be. But if there is one thing I have learned as a new mom is that nothing is what you think, things change all the time, and you think you have one thing figured out and he decides to change it, you just have to roll with it!

I know you can't really tell from this picture, but there it is. He didn't really like me trying to get a picture of it so this is the best I could do.His favorite new chewing toy, besides my shoulder.

Outside Adventure!

We went up to the Mountain with Kami and Cole for dinner, it was delicious! Carter loves being outside, especially with dad!

I guess we really like going to the mountain! We went with the Englands for our first adventure in the tent with a 3 month old in the mountains. He did awesome, I think he likes sleeping in the tent better than at home, he is like his daddy!

We decided to try to take pictures of Carter with his cousin Claire.

Claire thought it was a blast, Carter not so much!

We were laughing so hard because Carter just sat there looking at us like "what in the heck is going on!"

This is the closest we got to a picture with both of them looking at the camera. Oh well I guess we will keep trying!
But aren't they both so cute!
